If you want a flavour and formulation that is yours rather than a licensed TRAVELYTES™ blend, the formulation package covers development from brief to production-ready specification.

How a White Label Order Runs
1 · Brief & formulation
Confirm formulation route: licence a TRAVELYTES™ blend, adapt one, or run the £650 formulation package for bespoke flavours.
2 · Artwork
You supply print-ready artwork to our dieline, or we adapt your brand assets to the sachet and outer carton.
3 · Compliance check
Ingredient declarations, allergens and nutrition panels checked against UK/EU or US labelling requirements before print.
4 · Production
Stick-pack production with ±0.1 g dosing tolerance, batch certificate and GS1 barcode metadata for retail onboarding.
5 · Delivery
DDP delivery into the UK or USA, palletised and shrink-wrapped, or split across multiple delivery points.
Lead time
Minimum eight weeks on standard production from artwork and specification sign-off. Allow twelve weeks where formulation development is included.

What is the minimum order quantity for white label sticks?
The minimum order quantity for full custom-printed white label sticks is 20,000 units per SKU. Below that, you can order standard TRAVELYTES™ stock by the master case, or run a co-branded activation where standard sachets ship inside your own printed outer packaging.
What is included in the £650 formulation package?
The £650 formulation package covers three different flavour and formulation concepts developed to your brief, with two rounds of adjustment, tasting samples, and a final specification with allergen and nutritional data ready for label artwork. It is charged separately from production and is not required if you licence an existing TRAVELYTES™ formulation.
Can we brand the individual sticks or only the outer box?
Both are available. Individually printed sachets require the 20,000-unit MOQ per SKU. Branding only the outer carton or display box, using standard sachets inside, is possible at lower volumes and shorter lead times.
Can we use our own formula or flavour ideas?
Yes. You can supply your own formula for manufacture subject to regulatory review and ingredient availability, bring flavour ideas for us to develop, or licence an existing TRAVELYTES™ formulation such as FLIGHT, MAX or CRUISE under your own brand.
How long does a white label order take?
Standard production is a minimum of eight weeks from final artwork and specification sign-off. Rush schedules can sometimes be accommodated at additional cost, and a twelve-week schedule is comfortable for first-time programmes that include formulation development.
What shelf life do the finished sticks have?
All formulations carry a 24-month shelf life from manufacture, which allows procurement teams to hold inventory across multiple seasons or event cycles without stock expiry.
Which countries do you ship white label orders to?
Standard commercial terms are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) into the United Kingdom and the United States. Other destinations are quoted individually.
Are setup, artwork and sampling charged separately?
Formulation development is charged at £650 when required. Any artwork adaptation, print setup or additional sampling is itemised in your written quote so the per-stick price stays transparent.
