Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)

How to Return

1. Email hello@travelytes.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at hello@travelytes.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different variant, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired product.

Corporate Orders

Bulk and corporate orders may have different return terms. Please refer to your corporate agreement or contact our business team for assistance.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. UK consumers have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.
